Melty and fluffy scrambled eggs are generously topped with assorted sauteed mushrooms (shimeji, maitake, and king trumpet mushrooms). The mushrooms infuse the dish with a rich aroma.

Egg and butter-free pancakes with a delicate, light finish accompanied by a generous dollop of soy whipped cream. Served with strawberries, blueberries, bananas, mango, and other fruits.
6:Chickpea hummus and avocado bagel sandwich
Hummus is a traditional Middle Eastern home-style dish prepared with chickpea paste, spices, and other ingredients. It pairs perfectly with crispy bagels and avocado.
7:Plant-based eggs with organic mushrooms and kale
A sustainable dish prepared exclusively with plant-based ingredients, including plant-based eggs. Accented with thinly sliced organic mushrooms and vegan cheese to enhance the flavors.
8:Pho with chicken breast, leafy green vegetables, and home-grown ginger
Rice-flour noodles in a refreshingly tasty chicken herbal broth to comfort the soul. Served with ginger, coriander, and lime to taste.
9:Traditional Japanese “Gozen” with eight small dishes
A Japanese breakfast served in a box with a variety of side dishes such as grilled fish, Japanese-style omelet, chikuzen-ni (simmered chicken and root vegetables), beef stew, etc. Served with a choice of Miyagi Hitomebore white rice or porridge.
Side dishes to accompany your choice of main dish are made to order, and servings are unlimited. A wide variety of dishes are available, from fresh vegetables to Japanese sweets.

Our menu focuses on healthy ingredients, including carefully selected rice, rice flour, bread made with natural yeast, salads and fruits, and plant-based vegan dishes. Our dishes are generally low in salt and seasoning, so guests are welcome to customize them to their own taste with table salt and pepper. Given our location in Roppongi, we are dedicated to catering to the needs of a diverse range of guests from Japan and overseas.
