Three main dishes to choose from, made with high-quality ingredients

Today's Fish Dish:
Acqua Pazza Saffron Fragranza

A meal with plenty of mussels, clams, white fish, crab, and fresh seafood directly delivered from the Toyosu Market. Each serving is prepared using a Staub skillet and served hot. We make sure to use a gentle seasoning so that you can savor the flavor of the seafood, which is perfect for the morning.

Oven-baked pizza “Penthouse”
(Shirasu from Shizuoka Prefecture)

An original pizza made with Shirasu (whitebait) from Suruga bay, Shiso leaves from Aichi prefecture, fresh tomato sauce, Grana Padano, and Mozzarella. It is an authentic pizza handmade from scratch and baked in the pizza kiln in the store. It is accented with Genovese sauce.

Special egg dishes using Okukujiran

May chose from 3 styles of eggs. Soft omelette with mozzarella using Okukujiran with a rich yolk, fried eggs, and scrambled eggs. Served freshly cooked with Kurobuta pork sausage and seasonal vegetables.

Colorful tomato and mozzarella Caprese

Red, yellow, and green colorful mini tomatoes and mozzarella with Genovese sauce. It has a fresh and juicy taste.

Assorted ham “Charcuterie Misto”

We offer 3 to 4 different types of meat daily, including salami, ham, and mortadella, all of which are juicy and have the perfect amount of saltiness. Enjoy it with fresh salad and bread.

Smoked salmon and Caponata

Enjoy the combination of smoked salmon, and sweet and sour Caponata stewed with zucchini, paprika, eggplant, and tomato sauce.

Fruits and desserts

We offer chocolate brownies, baked cheesecake, and fruit-filled Macedonia for after-meal desserts. We also offer three to four kinds of seasonal fruits.

Classic Japanese food

Freshly cooked rice and miso soup with a side of candied saury, dried daikon radish, and pickles. Recommended for those who would like Japanese-style cuisine in the morning.
