Once your crêpe has been freshly cooked before your eyes, top it with sausages and bacon, cooked to bring out the full umami flavor of Chitose ham, and grilled Hokkaido-grow vegetables. You can also enjoy your breakfast crêpe with your favorite sauces and fresh vegetables à la carte.

We prepare Hokkaido-grown kabocha squash and potatoes, piping hot gratin made with ingredients such as lily bulbs, soft and springy gnocchi, and more.
À la carte menu served cold
Appetizers include Hokkaido herring or octopus marinade, Chitose ham salad, and caprese salad with mozarella from Hanabatake Ranch.
Soup
Warm yourself up in the morning with dishes such as our hotel-made soup of Hokkaido onions carefully fried to bring out their sweetness, minestrone soup with plenty of vegetables, or a potage of Kita Akari potatoes from Hokkaido.
Hokkaido may be known for its seafood, but at Sankaku-do we serve more than that, including our truly delicious sausages and bacon.
