We have around 20 Japanese and Western side dishes available. In addition to our vegetable side dishes, you can also enjoy meat, vegetable and egg dishes in small bowls. Take a little of what you like.
Soups to awaken the body
These soups are the pride of Chojiyasakae and allow you to experience the natural flavour of the ingredients without any added extra flavourings. They are carefully prepared with seasonal local vegetables and are full of nourishing flavours. Enjoy a variety of soups which change daily, such as potage, consommé, minestrone and clam chowder.
Western-style, teacup-steamed rice
Chawanmushi with the gentle taste of egg and consommé. The melt-in-your-mouth texture of this dish is irresistible.
Inaniwa udon
Akita's speciality noodle dish, prepared in dried sardine stock. The noodles are easy to swallow and and warm the body.
Thin rice porridge
Rice porridge cooked in a slow-cooked broth with tasty ingredients such as chicken, scallions and scallops. This meal is even more mouth-watering when combined with other side dishes.
Freshly baked bread
We have a daily line-up of a variety of bread.
Both Japanese and Western dishes can be arranged to suit your taste, physical condition, or mood. Western side dishes such as frites, marinades and compotes, prepared using French techniques, are available.
Takeaway is available for those who wish to enjoy breakfast in their rooms or in Kashiwanoha Park in front of the hotel.
