- Q:Will you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- Yes, we can. Please feel free to ask at the front desk. If you arrive early, we will store the luggage at the front desk. Although we can store luggage after you check out, please collect it on the same day. If you are checking out and you have another reservation at a later date, please feel free to ask us to store your luggage until you check in again. Please note that we cannot store valuables, foods or dangerous items.
- Q:Can I send my luggage prior to check-in?
- If you have made arrangements with us in advance, then we can store luggage you send us one week prior until you check-in. Except for food, valuables and dangerous items. Please be sure to indicate your check-in date, the full name of the guest and send to the following address.

For early check-in
Normal check-in time is 3pm. Depending on the status of your room, we may be able to allow you to check in a bit earlier than 3pm. However, if you request to have a guarantee early check-in, we will charge additional fee (100% of rack rate) to hold the room one day before.
For late check-out
Normal check-out time is 12pm. Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, we may allow you to check out later than 12pm for a surcharge stated below.

- No. All hotel is non-smoking area.

- We issue one room key per person.

- Hotel spaces, including guest rooms, the lobby, and restaurants, are equipped with wireless LAN. ※Please note that we cannot guarantee connectivity for all guests. There’s the possibility that your computer may have difficulties connecting to our internet. We appreciated for your kind understanding.
- Q:How early can reservations be made?
- Reservations can be made approximately six months in advance. All other inquiries including group reservations should be addressed directly to the reservation department of the hotel by telephone.
- Q:Can I invite non-staying guests to my room?
- No, we cannot allow you to invite non-staying guests to your room. Please consult the front desk if you have special needs.

- We are sorry but we do not have a waitlist. The status of reservations change daily so please check back with us or check our website for occupancy changes.
- Q:How much is the cancellation fee?
- For direct reservations and reservations made via our website, cancellation charges are applied as follows: 20% of full fare of room for cancelling one day before your stay, 80% of full fare of room for cancelling on the day of your stay, and 100% for no-shows. If you booked through travel agent, please contact them for the cancellation policy.

- Yes, baby cot can be rented for free. Please contact the front desk for further information.

- Guest rooms are on the 2nd floor to the 17th floor. We accept your requests, but depending on the room conditions on the day, we may not be able to meet your request. We thank you for your understanding.
- Q:Are amenities like hair dryers, towels, and toothbrushes available in guest rooms?
- We provide the following in our guest rooms:
bath towels, face towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face & hand soap, a hair brush, a razor, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs.
- Q:Can the receipt be made out to a company?
- Yes, we accommodate this. If you pay directly to the hotel, we can issue a receipt at either the time of check-in or at the time of reservation. We will issue it in the manner of your request.

Yes. There’s a guest-exclusive public bath on the 17nd floor of the hotel. It’s available in the morning from 06:00 ~ 10:00 and in the evening from 15:00 ~ 24:00.

- Only Moderate Queen & Moderate Balcony Queen have a desk inside. Hotel also provides a desk can be set up in the room. Please inform us when you make the reservation.

- For guests' safety, please do not cook in the room.
- Q:Do you offer free shuttle service?
- No, but hotel is close to the MRT station. Guests can take the MRT(Blue/Orange Line) to Zhongxiao Xinsheng station Exit No.3, then walk around 30 sec to hotel.
- Q:How to pay the room and incidental charge?
- All credit cards and cash are accepted.
- Q:We already paid the room charge, why hotel needs to get the deposit? Does it need to pay by cash?
- Deposit is for guests' incidental charges, and Hotel get TWD$1,000 per room per night. If you use credit card, it will only block the amount not charge. If you use cash as deposit, hotel will return it upon check out.
- Q:Does hotel have minimum age of guests staying at hotel?
- according to the government law, children under 18 years old couldn't stay alone. Over 18 years old could stay alone.
