We provide free shuttle bus rides between Tokyo Disney Resort^® and the hotel. The 20-minute ride offers convenient access to both Tokyo Disneyland^® and Tokyo DisneySea^®.

Please note that arrival/departure times may vary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances.
Please note that we won’t provide transportation alternatives if/when shuttle buses cannot operate due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that shuttle bus operation may vary in accordance with resort opening hours.

Tokyo Disney Resort^® Park Ticket CounterSmooth and easy entrance to the Park!

The following tickets can be purchased at the ticket counter located beside the hotel front desk.
※Park tickets will not be for sale at the hotel for the time being.

Opening Hours: 6:00～17：00
Tickets can only be purchased only on the day of your visit to the Park. (Tickets cannot be purchased in advance).

1-Day Passport
There is no restriction on time and date. You can enter either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.
Multi-Day Passport
2-Day, 3-Day, 4-Day
Senior Passport1-Day Passport
There is no restriction on time and date. You can enter either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.

The 1-Day Passport and Senior Passport are open tickets (no date or park specified). These tickets cannot be used on days when Park admission is restricted.

Multi-Day Passport can be used even when Park admission is restricted.

We do not accept credit cards.

Baggage Delivery ServiceDon’t let luggage weigh you down

You can check your baggage at the Home Delivery Service Counter located on the first floor of Disney Shop “Bon Voyage” near JR Maihama Station. The checked baggage will be delivered to your hotel.
