Hakata seafood restaurant "UODEN" is brought to you by studio092, the producers of popular mizutaki (chicken hotpot) restaurant "TORIDEN". It reflects the two sides of the city—stillness and liveliness. Iconic images of Fukuoka have been incorporated into the restaurant's design, including a streamlined ceiling inspired by the Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival and Itoshima oysters. In a space where all the tables have partitions to give a feeling of a semi-private room, we offer an "Uo-taki" course where you can eat Kyushu-caught fish with broth, Hakata local cuisine with seasonal ingredients, and an à la carte menu. We aim to provide the hospitality of seasonal ingredients and regional food, together with culture, to our many guests.
